We’re getting to the ‘business end’/’squeaky bum time’ of the season and we usually see goals flowing over a packed Easter period. By looking at teams who need points at this stage of the season we should be able to find games where goals are almost guaranteed.

As an accumulatortips.com reader you are entitled to a free bet of up to £50 from Paddy Power using this exclusive link, once you place your first bet you will get a free bet to the same amount credited to your account.

Swansea vs Newcastle

Swansea have scored in seven of their last eight home league games and there will be a great atmosphere urging them on against the high flying Magpies. The Liberty Stadium has been a tough place for teams to go and they will fancy their chances in this one.

Newcastle have only failed to score at QPR and Spurs this season and expect them to continue to cause trouble with Ba, Cisse and Ben Arfa in collectively great form. They are unexpectedly chasing Europe and need points to keep their momentum going.

This game could go either way but with both teams looking to get the ball down and play football an open attacking game should produce plenty of goals.

Watford vs Blackpool

Nine out of Watford’s last eleven home league games have seen the BTTS bet land – they are in a decent run of form and will welcome hosting high flying opposition. They still have a shout of getting into the play-offs but need to get something from this one if that is to be a realistic option.

Blackpool are a dream for this sort of bet – in their last seven away league games the BTTS bet has obliged in all of them, scoring 14 but at the same time conceding 13. They have lost their last three away games but the come into this one on the back of a great win over Southampton – they will be keen to break than run but it won’t be easy……or dull!

The last three meetings at Vicarage Road have ended, 2-2, 3-4 and 1-1.

Wycombe vs Carlisle

Wycombe are 21st and fighting relegation – Carlisle sit sixth and are currently in possession of the final play off spot. Neither side can afford to lose this one.

Wycombe are unbeaten in their last four home league games and have scored 17 goals in their last seven home league games. In addition, the BTTS bet has landed in four of their last six home games.

Six of Carlisle’s last seven league games have seen BTS – they are in great form coming into this on the back of 2-1 wins over both Huddersfield and MK Dons. Their last three away league games have all seen BTS.

The reverse fixture ended in a 2-2 – expect something similar this time out.

Bradford vs Southend

The fact that Bradford are 20th and fighting relegation and Southend are fifth and pushing for automatic promotion, almost guarantees that both sides will be going for it from the outset.

Although Southend will start as favourites, Bradford’s last nine home league games have all seen BTS so it will be no push over for them. In those games they have scored against Crawley (and fought a little bit as well!) and also Oxford – both are placed similar to Southend so this will hold no fear for them.

Southend have only kept one clean sheet in their last twelve away games so a high scoring encounter looks likely.

Paddy Power will give you odds of 7/1 on this both teams to score accumulator and that means a £10 bet would give you a £80 win, £20 would see a £160 win. Remember, whatever you bet you will get a guaranteed free bet to the same value as your first bet.
